NZ3701 6514 1965 Delivered to Whenuapai by RNZAF Hercules 17 December 1965 and transported to Hobsonville for assembly.
BOC No.3 Battlefield Support Squadron Hobsonville 12 January 1966.
Badly damaged during autorotational landing at Wigram 21 April 1972.
Repaired at Woodbourne and returned to service.
Crashed near Waiouru after engine failure 19 January 1979 and written off.
NZ3702 6515 1965 Delivered to Whenuapai by RNZAF Hercules 17 December 1965 and transported to Hobsonville for assembly.
BOC No.3 Battlefield Support Squadron Hobsonville 12 January 1966.
Struck cables over Buller Gorge during Army co-op exercise and crash landed on river bank at 0745 on 02 December 1977.
Repaired at Woodbourne and returned to service.
Hours flown as at 14 October 1999 were 7816.6
NZ3703 6516 1965 Delivered to Whenuapai by RNZAF Hercules 17 December 1965 and transported to Hobsonville for assembly.
BOC No.3 Battlefield Support Squadron Hobsonville January 1966.
Crashed in headwaters of Awatere River, Marlborough after tail rotor failure at 1130 on 30 June 1977.
Badly damaged and written off.
NZ3704 6517 1965 Delivered to Whenuapai by RNZAF Hercules January 1966 and transported to Hobsonville for assembly.
BOC No.3 Battlefield Support Squadron Hobsonville January 1966.
Crashed in Woodhill State Forest near Kaipara Heads 16 January 1987 and written off.
Some components possibly used in INST221 with No.4 TTS Woodbourne.

Badly damaged after force landing due to engine failure near Lulu Village, Fiji 25 June 1981.

Damaged in force landing after wire strike in bad weather south of Opotiki 20 August 2001.
Returned to Hobsonville by road.

Heavy landing at Wigram 26 February 1988 resulted in frame damage and destroyed tail.
Rebuilt and returned to service.
